  • Names

  • Passwords
  • Email
  • Address and GPS location of your activities
  • Name and types of activities

Sensitive Information:
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's sms messages, contacts, phone calls in order to execute the USSD codes, and read the response you get from the operations, so that we can confirm your transactions.

SMS/Call Log. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:

Access to Phone dialer: MAYO app accesses your phone dialer to automatically execute USSD codes for you when you transfer mobile money, pay bills, and buy airtime and bundles.

Access to SMS Log: MAYO accesses your SMS log and reads only the SMS you receive from the operators after the USSD codes have been executed when you transfer mobile money, pay bills, or buy airtime bundles to confirm your operations, and to provide you with a history of your transactions.
